Floor Plans
At Western Avenue Studio Lofts, we have a variety of floor plans and offer many different options. With two floors of lofts available, take your time to explore the printable PDFs and find one that is the best fit for you. The building has a layout of columns (25’ on center) and windows that allows for efficient demising walls and layout. Units will be Spartan – but were designed and spec’ed with the help of the artists to assure we are delivering what they want.
